Why is Psyduck the best Pokémon?

Why is Psyduck the best Pokémon?, that’s the question. It should be easy to answer right? I mean he is a duck… everyone likes ducks, how

can you not, but I think there is more too it......

What is a Psyduck?

Well it’s a duck with psychic powers, the clue is in the name. Psyduck
was one of the first 151 Pokémon to be released on the game.. #54 to
be exact, although I don’t think that’s the order they were made,
however in the Pokédex its #54 and its Pokédex entry reads. *reads it in
the voice of the Pokédex in the cartoon*..

‘Psyduck, the duck Pokémon. A water type. Psyduck is constantly
bothered by headaches. The more its head hurts the stronger its
psychic power’.

Its permanent headache is the reason why it has a constant cute little
perplexed look on its face. Its very relatable, this is why it stands out
from the other 150 Pokémon and is used on so much of the Pokémon
merchandise and film/tv animations. It has the ability to bring humour to
any scene. Aww I just want to give it a huge squishy hug, but then
maybe not as I might make its headache worse. Did I mention that
Psyduck also has one of the best shiny version… its blue!!!

Is Psyduck a good choice in the games?

Do I need to answer this question?... of course it is.. It might not look
much of a badass but it has a water/psychic base move set and the
ability to learn a lot of different moves. It’s able to learn Water, Psychic,
Ice, and Normal-type moves such as Scald, Ice Beam, Psychic, and Zen
Headbutt. Cloud Nine is a particularly useful move as it negates the
effects of weather conditions such as rain, sun, hail, and sandstorm
when Psyduck enters the battle. This diversity allows Psyduck to adapt
to various battle situations and counter different types of Pokémon
effectively.

It also evolves into Golduck which allows for even more moves to be learned. why would you evolve it? Then you wouldn’t have
its little round yellow face in your team.

So no, don’t evolve your Psyduck please otherwise we will have to rename this blog post.

Hang on… why wasn’t there a lets go Psyduck game?..

So just basing it on the fact it’s a very cute little yellow duck with a very
relatable never ending headache and a hidden skill set that would make
any Charizard tremble with fear.

I think we have done enough to point out why Psyduck is indeed the best Pokémon to ever be created. I can only wish one day it gets either a female version or a longer evolution line… awwww imagine a little baby Psyduck.
